In our everyday busy lives it nice to just take the time to calm down our minds. To take a moment to do some self-reflection,
something we don't do enough.
Whilst doing calligraphy your mind is focused and relaxed at the same time. Getting frustrated because you are not getting the result you want is not going to help you grow. Remember that it is not about getting a beautiful result but particularly the way to the result.
